This service is for you if you have the time and ability to plan the Vendor details of your wedding, but want the Design vision and wedding day Coordination taken care of by a professional for a stressfree wedding day. From the moment your guests arrive to your wedding, what will they see, do or experience? We’ll explore possibilities during the creative process to enable you to fully visualise your beautiful wedding. Color & texture, flower design, décor details, stationery & paper goods, furniture & linens, rentals & props, lighting & sound, mood & movement… all materialized to create a cohesive vision that is perfectly yours.

Our strength is designing beautiful weddings! Design done right makes your wedding gorgeous and creates the atmosphere that makes your wedding YOU! We know great décor rental locations, places to find amazing accessories and will take your ideas and infuse our creativity to design your wedding ceremony and reception. Our production team comes in and takes care of full setup and takedown.

The planning and design is complete. So now it’s time to execute. We are onsite from set up through takedown, to oversee each an every detail for a seamless production. Logistics, timelines and production schedules are carried out by our Mountain Bride team. You get to enjoy sipping champagne with your friends and family, while we ensure that your wedding plans are executed with utmost attention to detail.
